《Old Days》是为旧梦时光写就的一首朦胧诗，长笛为入梦的引，在这个2025年末，于歌声里听见回忆因为有爱而疯狂地长出血肉。整首歌营造如黑白影片一般的质感，将「时间与空间」、「梦境与真实」的边界消融，Tia慵懒的嗓音也蒙上了旧日的光晕，像是永远不能再触碰到的爱人。对旧日时光的追忆，皆是因为那段时空永远保管着回不去的自己，而每个经历过的瞬间，都在不断塑造着当下的自我。《Old Days》是一首既梦幻又满载故事的怀旧作品，音乐形态在这里成为叙事本身，二次创作的权力则让渡给了听者，在这首歌里去创造自己的回忆，共同经历一场时过境迁，乘上一班单程列车。
